We will be happy to accept returns for purchases made at DBANDS.COM, as long as the return occurs within 15 days of original purchase. We will credit your original method of payment as long as the DBand has not been used.
A RETURN AUTHORIZATION must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for all returns. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the RETURN AUTHORIZATION at which time the RETURN AUTHORIZATION expires. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
DApparel reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise received without a valid RETURN AUTHORIZATION or with visible usage. We will notify you via e-mail of your credit once we have received and processed the returned DBand. You can expect a refund in the same form as your original payment, within 7 days of our receiving your return.
